Pinchao Escaped from the FARC jungle camp on his own a little over a year before Operation Jaque was executed

John Frank Pinchao escaped from the same guerrilla FARC camp where some of the hostages of Operation Jaque were held.  He provided pivotal information about the place, the captors that was critical to Operation Jaque.  In this photo taken in a press conference after his release, Mr. Pinchao shows the chains and lock that were used to keep him chained at times by the neck to other hostages or to a tree.
