Jose Ricardo Marulanda - Colombian Army Sub-officer

Jose Ricardo Marulanda -  Colombian Army Sub-officer freed in Operation Jaque. Mr. Marulanda was kidnapped on March 3, 1998 in the "El Billar" in the Department of the Caqueta, Colombia.  He stayed captie for over 10 years. Published by the Colombian Ministry of Defense
